My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Hanieh's cozy apartment!!! Very clean & comfortable. The apartment is close to everything, shopping, GO train & lovely trails for walking. Hanieh is an excellent host!!! 👍🙂

Honest review after 14 days stay! Don't get fooled by old good reviews like me!Don't see any review from 2021/22. After lot of adjustments still not reporting any issue to airbnb,she asked us to vacate place in a day for no reason. She felt offended for telling her about adjustments we have to do!This is insane!!She didn't think once about the kid even! *ALERT*- She said she works in high risk area(which is not bad, but you should be more careful about prople around) and had covid many times due to that and still she recklessly visits your place w/0 mask. Also people keeps visiting due to unending issues, so AVOID this place if you want to be safe during covid and not want to be thrown out for no reason!!This 90 YO building needs lots of repairs! Issues: 1.All the equipments are extremely old and we are struggling since our 1st day with everything starting from lock opening. 2.Comode flush stoped abruptly,clogged in the morning. Our each morning started with fixing flush and then it clogged completely. 3.only 1 gas burner working in almost dead condition. It took 5 days to get working cooktop. We orderd lunch only once from her and spent our money unnecessarily or adjusted with bread salad etc for 5 days. 4.Microwave is too bad to heat glass of milk even and trips if heater is on 5. On our last day the only working equipment washing machine also stopped in middle of washing 6. Multiple visits by her and repair persons to check different issues bothered us due to covid time and disturbed our meetings, school, lunch hours everything.. 7.TV is with dead remote,very difficult to operate. Even Haneih doesn't know how to use it. So forget about using TV as listed unless you are expert in operating any model TV w/0 remote. Kid is hell mad w/0 TV during his march break. 8.Upon entering we found a sock on our bed, dusted utensils, spiders around doors. It gave us filthy feeling. I have photos and conversation of everything. 9. Washing machine always full with her clothes. 10.Worst thing is after confronting her about coming to our place w/o mask, she asked us to vacate immediately. She belives we should have worn the masks in our own space and she shouldn't! Highest level of idiocy! 11. Her behaviour changes after every improvement she has to do, as if its your fault! 12. Extremely cold 13. Very noisy till late night and early morning NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Don't invest your hard earned money in such crappy place! Now as she is not mature enough to accept her faults, will throw some garbage on us unnecessarily like she did in 1 bad review for the place in the past! Nothing better is expected frmorning 14. Difficulty in getting hot water at sink for long time

Hannie is a very good person, your family is kind with me. My experience was absolutely awesome. The house is great, I stayed for 2 months in Hannie’s house and everything very well.
