这是一个新房源，房东说我们是他的第一个客人。果然，整套房间非常干净整洁，一切都是崭新的。整面的落地窗，躺在床上窗外的美景就能尽收眼底，这种感觉棒极了！！房东是个年轻人，他自己住另一个房间，热情好客，我们有什么需要，只要他有，他都乐意帮助我们，非常感谢他！这是一次非常愉快的入住体验！！也祝房东小伙生意越来越好！！

Samuel is a great guy. Hospitable and friendly. Always there if i need anything. I stayed there for a month and just within the first day i felt right at home. The location is superb. 3 minutes walk to Humber Bay park, and the bus station. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for perfect location Condo room at Humber Bay, and an amazing accommodating host like Samuel.

The room was comfortable and has a nice view, lots of natural light, perfect for working and relaxing (the building is quiet). Samuel is very attentive and hospitable, and was also very accommodating during the stay. The location is also great with easy access to transit, shopping for essentials and food is next to the building, and the lake is minutes away across the street. I had a very good experience and would definitely come back.

The room was big with private wash room. The bed was comfortable and the building are clean, you have your own space in the fridge. It's quiet in the appartement. You can find all the accommodation ( metro, drugstore....) and also you can take the bus for the city center. Good communication with Samuel.
