Wow!! These hosts go all out! From the bowl of jelly beans by the door to the bowls of snacks on the counter to the toiletries basket in the bathroom to the selection of scented oils for the mister in the bedroom, it was clear they thought out every detail of what a guest might need! I've never felt so thoroughly welcomed and taken care of! Every room of the house was clutter-free and sparkling clean. Big, beautiful home with airy interior design. Back yard is private with a solid fence. Shiela was lovely, and I also greatly enjoyed the company of a calm dog, a very enthusiastic little floof of a puppy, and a calm friendly cat. Really lovely stay, I highly recommend staying here if you're lucky enough to snag an opening!!

our stay with Sheila and David was fantastic. They were very very responsive right from booking to helping us out during the stay. they had great local knowledge. we only stayed for a night, but even so, they set up an amazing breakfast spread for us on check out day. The home itself is fantastic with a lot of little details that make the guests feel very welcome and comfortable. They even gave us a set of eclipse glasses! Would absolutely recommend their place to any traveler!

I travelled to Plattsburgh area for a metal detecting event in 2022 (Digstock Iv), and stayed here for 2 nights. I had to leave for around 6:30AM for those 2 days, and Dave was in the kitchen offering coffee and breakfast to me as soon as I got downstairs at 6:30AM! This was a huge help because on one of those days I was late and didn't have time for breakfast! It is not normal to have such attentive hosts at an Airbnb, so this really stood out to me. Some friends of mine stayed at the Best Western down the road, and complained of dry air and a horrible sleep, for probably a more expensive room. I, on the hand, slept like a baby, and didn't notice a difference between home and this place. Dave also gave suggestions over Airbnb messenger for a few places to eat, one of which we visited. It was a great choice. Dave and Sheila are very observant and pays attention to everything. Thanks guys! I hope to visit again one day soon.

Sheila and David were wonderful hosts, very kind and welcoming. The room was impeccable and spacious, plus the bed was super comfortable. Having access to the hot tub was the icing on the cake. 100% would recommend to anybody visiting the region!

Sheila and David welcomed us warmly and they were very accomodating. The house and the room are lovely, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the bathtub. Our stay was beyond our expectations and was one of the best Airbnb experience we had. We will definitively come again and we recommand you to stay here if you have the chance
