Beautiful villa in a safe area. Not a lot to do around but public beach not far that is fairly clean though not always very welcoming (some people fighting, horses being mistreated), but overall a nice area for a relaxing family holiday. The house is big and partially air conditioned and the pool is lovely. Comfortable furniture, big kitchen, nice big outdoor terrace and a really sweet, responsive and accommodating host. Recommend renting a car to get around.

The Villa is in a very nice neighbourhood which is close both to the capital city and also to hamamat. very convenient location with very good facilities. the pool has a guy that comes clean it regularly and it's many rooms and bathrooms are perfect for a comfortable stay. Nadia was very flexibl and accomodating and an amazing host!

In March of this year, we conducted training in Tunisia. We chose the villa of our hospitable hosts as the place of residence and did not regret it. 11 people were placed on two floors of the house and in the guest house-studio without problems. The villa is quite cozy and bright, 5 minutes from the sea. But you can swim and sunbathe without leaving your home. The villa has a fairly large and clean pool. On warm sunny days along the sea, we went to the beach of the hotel, which is owned by our owners. We loved the beach. Closed area, pure white sand and beautiful turquoise sea. A very beautiful place. We travel to different countries a lot and to feel the flavor of the country we prefer to stay not in hotels, but in houses or in villas of local residents. This allows you to plunge deeper into the atmosphere of national and family traditions of countries. In addition, you can try dishes of national cuisine not in the restaurant serving, but cooked at home from homemade products. We are very grateful to our hosts and chefs for the variety of dishes of Tunisian cuisine, which they served us. And for the huge amount of fruit that we were given every day. And we ate them with fantastic speed :))) Well, very tasty oranges, tangerines, graffruits just plucked from the tree. I would like to express special thanks to the hostess of the villa Nadia and all her relatives and friends who helped us with organizational matters and accompanied us on our trips to Tunisia. They told a lot of interesting things about the country, they were always friendly. We were constantly surrounded by sincere attention and care. Every day we were asked if we had everything, if we were satisfied with everything and very quickly fulfilled our requests. Tunisia charmed us with its beauty and hospitality of people.
