Place was lovely and spacious with incredible view from the terrace. Great location. Bed in second bedroom was broken and the en suite floods when you shower. Strong smell of damp throughout the downstairs with some mould. Would defo stay again if the issues mentioned above were resolved!

Obviously, we knew about the parking situation but it was easy enough to drop off our stuff and then park - there are lots of payment options/periods and the walk to and from isn't bad, given the views! Location is great. A short walk to bars and restaurants. The accommodation is good. Spacious and bright (upstairs). The master bedroom and ensuite is a little dark and has a musty damp smell. There is clear damp on the wall with flaking, peeling paint and the wooden floor feels like it has been damp for some time. Kitchen is bright and well equipped but had a few cleaning issues. The bathroom on that floor is large with a lovely bath. The upstairs room is again bright with a small outside space that has a sea view. It does get hot up there but cools down quickly with the windows open. All in all it is a good standard but some issues could be addressed. It's location is excellent and the town is lovely.

We loved this cottage. From the outside it looked like a typical Cornish cottage. The inside had been modernised and transformed into a clean, light, contemporary space. The living area was on the 3rd floor which had stunning view of St Micheal’s Mt. Two minutes from the beach and a couple more to a convenience store etc. Lovely stay.

The location was perfect and the owners have made the most of the location by putting a decking area one side and an opening window the other side so you can take in all the views. We absolutely loved the top floor living area - it was extremely comfortable and the views were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed (utensils, pots etc). It was clean and good space for a family of 4. The bedrooms were good sizes and had good storage. We slept well and the beds were comfortable. The downfall of the property is one that has been mentioned in previous reviews (and for quite some time now). There appears to have been a leak at some point, resulting in damp in the master bedroom which caused a dreadful smell (we're not fussy with imperfections but the smell was extremely strong at times). There is also damp on the ceiling in both the en suite and family bedroom. With the damp being sorted, we would definitely recommend this place and would return back to the property.
