James and Nicky’s places was absolutely amazing. The home was the perfect set up for a large group with children. The property was surrounded by vineyards and beautiful. The huge pool, hot tub and sun room were all extra bonuses. We will be back!!

best Easter ever together both my daughter our. houses are kind of small and our family's big so we decided to get Airbnb and it was best decision ever, the kids loved it, awesome pool and hot tub and they had everything and anything you could think of ..from the complimanty wine and welcome, pantry stocked, laundry room stocked kitchen beautiful everything was great it is the best one I have been to ever I could go on and on, I had the masterroom/bathtub so big I could float init and not touch anything :) own private backyard &fire pit for master..I d be here all day telling you guys how great everything was, just to do it and rent you won't regret it

We had such a lovely weekend here. House has plenty of room, was well stocked with kitchen supplies, clean towels, etc. House was very organized and very, very clean! Enjoyed meals at the big table in the sunroom with views of the garden, vineyards, and green rolling hills. Beautiful grounds and close proximity to many Somona sites--a perfect place to experience the beauty of Sonoma! We used the hot tube a couple times and the hosts were very responsive with turning it on/off--and in general, very easy to communicate with. Thank you!

We had an exceptional stay at James & Nicky's place, and I'd choose it again in a heartbeat! I chose this listing for a gathering for my sister and some friends, since the size and amenities looked great for what I needed. Leading up to our stay, James & Nicky were proactive about sending instructions, which were pretty easy to follow. The setting is a peaceful vineyard on a side road, with some wildlife (notably owls) for company. The space inside is quite expansive, so all of us were able to spread out, have enough bathrooms, and have some privacy. Everything was very clean and organized throughout the house. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, with a noteworthy selection of teas and coffee-making equipment. We all really loved the sunroom as well, and spent quite a bit of time in it. We also made use of the TV for a movie night. At the end of our stay, the departure instructions were also fairly minimal and easy. Overall, we were highly impressed and would recommend.

James and Nicky were very responsive, checkin and check out were smooth, and the house is very cozy! Lots of space for a large group, multiple places to hang out, and a nice hot tub and pool! Make sure to bring flip flops since you have to walk through some gravel to get to the hot tub!
