The room and appartment match the description made by Vi. It was really nice to have a little balcony in the room. The place is located in the Born and the center of Barcelona. Vi was very helpful and welcoming. During my stay, there was an issue with another guest, but this was sorted very quickly thanks to Vi and her husband.

I stayed for a month there and in that month the place was cleaned only once or maybe twice. The other 3 guests were nice and friendly. The area is nice with lots of restaurants around, however it didn't feel very safe, for example 2min from the house I witnessed some people fighting each other with knives. The checkout wasn't flexible.

Everything was really nice. Vi was very flexible with the check-in hour which helped me a lot. The neighbourhood is quite vibrant, a lot of restaurants, a lot of things to do, might be a bit too loud for those looking for peace and quiet though. The roommates were friendly and respectful. Thank you, Vi!
