Ferran e la sua ragazza sono stati degli host eccezionali: amichevoli, disponibili e reattivi in caso di problemi. Ho soggiornato nel loro alloggio per un mese e mi sono trovata molto bene. L'appartamento è meglio che nelle foto ed è attrezzato con tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere la rambla (18 minuti) che la barceloneta (18 minuti). Il quartiere è uno dei più belli di Barcellona, pieno di localini, negozi, ristoranti. Super consigliato!

Ferran met me and was responsive all the way from The airport to El Born where he met me. He showed me the local markets and gave me some suggestions and recommendations. More than that, he was just a really great guy that gave a really clean comfortable experience and I greatly appreciate the time and hosting he provided to me. Thank you so much Ferran!

So many good things to say about Ferran and this apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful. Bigger than it looks in pictures. Very clean. Well equipped. The neighbourhood is beautiful and close to everything you will need. And Ferran is an incredibly nice guy and very attentive and communicative host. I wish I could stay longer!

I spent two months enjoying a long stay in Barcelona with a couple side trips along the way. The location is amazing for anyone that enjoys the vibrancy, good bakeries, restaurants and bars along with good shops, Cituidella Park and public transport. Being in a lively neighbourhood it can get a little noisy but shutting the doors was useful. The apartment is very spacious for a studio with the room divider providing privacy. Ferran was lovely, responsive and provided some great recommendations of where to go.
