Dawn was an excelleng host. Her place was perfect, the peice was right and the neighborhood was quite and centrally located. Dawn also was very accomidating to our interactions and requests. Highly recommended. Would definitly stay here again. Thank you Dawn!

Dawn’s space was perfect! Great location for a weekend away to the beach! Space was very clean and had everything you needed. Dawn was very nice and responsive to messages!

Dawn’s place is in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough if you’re interested in being a part of it all. The neighborhood is super walkable and has great views of the canal, marshland, and bay. Everyone else who was out walking was very kind and always said hello. The apartment is perfect for anyone who wants to bring their own microwaveable food or who doesn’t mind cooking on a hot plate. I went with my 13-year-old son and our two dogs, and it didn’t feel cramped. Because it’s a studio, if you’re all okay being in the same room, there’s enough room for four people to sleep comfortably, if two don’t mind sharing a bed. Dawn left clear instructions about the check in and check out process and sent a message during our stay to see if everything was okay. She was very understanding and responded quickly when we had an issue, and she handled the situation calmly and professionally. I would 100% stay here again if Dawn will have us.

This was a wonderful stay for me and my boyfriend! The bedding arrangements were alright but everything else was perfect! Dawn had a mini electric stove and we were able to make breakfast and some dinners which was super nice. The bathroom was clean and had extra towels and tissues and even little conditioner/shampoo bottles. The house was quaint and the cat was so sweet when we let her in :)
