A wonderful and charming home, with beautiful flowers, hummingbirds, and on this trip even adorable kittens outside. The perfect base for visiting family.

Charming place, but not charming interactions. Decided to rent for the weekend and wish we wouldn't have from this particular owner. The owner was aggressive and a bully when she approached the house after seeing children outside of the bungalow. We had a family come over to the bungalow with their children. This is when the negative interactions started. Peggy then approached the house and that was when I came to the door after the children had said to her that their parents were up the street. Once I came to the door, I asked if I could help them, and that is when Peggy started to aggressively ask me questions and eventually cursed at me. It certainly ruined our weekend as then the intimidating messages from her asking us to leave started. We apologized for having the unauthorized children inside/outside of the house. Then the male started to walk the perimeter of the property and said "go" as if they were intimidating us to leave. We also felt as if the rest of the weekend they were "watching" through the neighbors and the duplex across the street where her male friend resides. We paid them for their inconvenience, but still experienced passive aggressive threats and messages. Interesting eclectic art taste as there were undressed female pictures hanging on the wall and a licensed salon is also in the back of the house and not described in the listing. Lastly, it almost felt as if someone was living there during the week and then picked up for guests to rent, that should have also been described in the listing.
