Beautiful home had a wonderful time

Bungalow is tastefully done up, very clean, presentation lovely. Quality cookware and essential tools for cooking. The space would benefit from a couple of mirrors, I would suggest one in a bedroom, a full length one in the hallway. Near empty rolls of toilet paper provided, no suppy left, no hand-wash products in the bathroom or kitchen, no hand-towel just 2 bath towels provided. The bathroom is lovely with a shower over the bath, poor flow was a disappointment, glad I didn't need to wash my hair. Beds very comfortable. No hanging space but drawers. Place needs airing as a very musty smell which clung to clothes. All in all a lovely space, would be exceptional with attention to details. I would, also, suggest self Check-in as we had arranged a time for check-in. contacted Norman by text after waiting 10mins, took another 10 mins to reply, in the end we suggested a self check-in Norman then sent the key safe code over, which we could have arranged at the start.

Family of 4, we had a great stay visiting friends nearby so know the area well. The house was very clean and a great space, clear instructions and all amenities as described. Will be back again.

Better than expected. Only a £9 taxi to Derby centre. Lovely decor, had almost everything you would need (would love a full length mirror). Can’t fault the stay
