The host messaged in the morning to check what time I was arriving. He also left instructions on how to check in along with expectations whilst at the property and once I had left. Upon arrival, there was no access to Youtube or Netflix, I let the host know, he tried his best to troubleshoot the problem but was not able to resolve this issue so I had no access to these apps during my stay. There was used milk left in the fridge dated 18th April - I was at the apartment between 19th and 21st April. There was left over meat in the fridge along with butter and eggs. There were no hand towels in the bathroom. Bed linen was left in the washing machine which meant I had no access to this appliance. The floor had not been cleaned. I will not be spending my money with this host again. I made a complaint against the host and submitted evidence. I was refunded £28.08 but that doesn't erase my experience. The only good thing was the location. Do better for your guests.

Great place to stay in Derby. Very responsive and helpful host. Apartment had everything needed for a short stay away from home. Will be booking again for sure!
