This is a beautiful place, and exceptionally clean. Easy to find using maps, and easy access. It was listed as having standard cot and travel cot, but was in fact only a travel cot, which did not have bedding. I see this has since been amended that there is not a standard cot thank you, though too late for us unfortunately. (A second travel cot was offered, though not suitable for us) Also listed as sleeping 6, though the sofa bed is nowhere near a double bed size. Other bedrooms are great, and kitchen very well equipped. Queries were responded to promptly. If the listing is slightly amended, it would be perfect :)

We were looking for a place to stay near Derby to visit family in the area and spotted Chris's place. It offered everything we wanted and on arrival we were impressed by how warm, clean and well equipped the place was. We got clear, friendly and prompt communication from Chris. Our only complaint was that it wasn't as sunny as we would have liked but, I'm not sure I can blame Chris or the house for that! 😉 It's a 10/10 from us and we look forward to staying here again.
