We had a lovely time - the house was lovely and was very tastefully decorated. The hot tub and games room were the highlight. Narelle is very prompt at responding to any messages. We had a few things that needed looking at (eg. A very uncomfortable mattress, water clogging in wash basin and shower etc) but she acknowledged the issues and said they'd be sorted soon. It's a great place and we would definitely come again in future. Thanks

The lack of WIFI which was not advised before the booking meant we had unhappy guests. No offer of a discount on the booking for the lack of the facility. Blocked shower drain which the host did respond to quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautifully decorated and everything we hoped it would be. There were a few things which were not as hoped though: WiFi was broken, hot tub wasn’t very warm despite being on, no back garden or conservatory lights so unable to use hot tub at night and no bins to put rubbish in (not enough bin bags left. Had these things have been better it would have been five stars but was definitely good value for money.

Informed on the day we arrived regarding wifi not working. We had to turn on the hot tub - it smelt and wasnt clean. Cleaner came out and put bubbles in but made no difference and wasnt able to be used for 24 hours due to it being cold. Rubbish bins left at side of the house from previous people then put into the back garden shed. Rubbish and tshirts from previous people down the side of sofa’s and behind cushions. Only 2 black bags for us to put rubbish in for 9 guests. Cleaner turned up at 11am on the dot and waited outside for us to leave making us feel very rushed and intimidated.

We had a great 3 night stay at the property. It is spacious and perfect for families- the games room was a big hit. Narelle was really helpful and responsive to any questions we had. There is a little shop in walking distance and not far to drive to several tourist attractions. Only areas for improvement would be the WiFi did not work which meant the TV features such as Netflix couldn’t be accessed, and there is no cleaning equipment to hand. Usually we’d sweep the floors and vacuum around before leaving a love but these items are locked away. Overall it was fantastic and we’d definitely come to stay again!
