Had a great day. Great location, super easy check in. Added bonus of shower in every room Kitchen is very well stocked. Very clean and comfortable 5 stars

very spacious 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home. stayed with friends with children in our party too and it was perfect for what we needed. secure car park too.

Our first experience with Airbnb and it was very good. A twin room and cot was requested, this was not set up but staff apologised and quickly rectified the problem.

Excellent location for a party at Kedleston Country House B&B and exploring Derby on foot. Property was immaculate, bedrooms spacious, really appreciated the milk, biscuits and other provisions. Some confusion over the car park gates, especially if you arrive after dark, it is the gates opposite the church. Property was very warm, there are instructions to alter it but we failed dismally. Could have done with a couple of well-lit mirrors for getting ready as we were all getting ready at the same time. There is a well-stocked Sainsbury’s Local on the corner of Mill Street. Had a great takeaway pizza from Trattoria Lalis on Friar Gate, near the bridge and brunch at Bear on Iron Gate. Sunday evening few places open after 6pm but we had an excellent meal at The Exeter Arms.

Lovely place to stay, we all enjoyed the facilities. It was the perfect place for what we needed to do, attending a family funeral, very central.
