Our apartment is surrounded by fun amenities, including numerous beaches, two pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and easy access to all the area has to offer! We are less than 1 minute from highway I-75! The apartment has free parking, free Wi-Fi and Hulu, and easy self-check-in! Our gorgeous and modern 3-bedroom apartment has been completely remodeled and is located in the heart of Tampa Bay! 2 of our bedrooms have California King beds! Our apartment is surrounded by fun amenities, including numerous beaches, two pools, a hot tub, billiards, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and easy access to all the area has to offer… numerous restaurants, shops, and a wide variety of activities. We are less than 1 minute away from highway I-75.

Great place
I booked Stephanie's Airbnb for my elderly parents and siblings to attend my daughter's high school graduation, and overall, they had a wonderful stay. The place itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable visit. While they encountered a few unforeseen mishaps during their stay, Stephanie handled them promptly and professionally. These incidents were beyond her control, but she put in a lot of effort to make things right and maintained excellent communication throughout their stay, which I truly appreciated. Overall, my family enjoyed their time and would recommend this place to others. I am giving Stephanie a 5-star rating because of her dedication to resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience. I'll be sure to have my family stay there again whenever they come and visit. Thank you, Stephanie, for hosting my family!

Stephanie was a fantastic hostess, property is in a great location with so many restaurants, movie theaters shops within 2 miles of her place. She is incredibly responsive, and everything was in great shape.!

This is a Family and Pet Friendly Community full of private amenities and activities for our guests! Centrally located in Tampa Bay and near many award winning beaches and fun-filled excursions! The apartment complex is literally in walking distance to numerous restaurants and shoppes! There are also two EV charging stations within walking distance! You will appreciate this neighborhood for the quiet and respectful neighbors, and all the close-by attractions!
There is an abundance of free parking at the apartment complex. Uber and Lyft are available as well.
