THINGS TO KNOW: The bathroom is NOT ensuite like the pictures show. It's outside the room in the hallway. Unit has 9 rooms in it so it can get noisy with people constantly coming in and out. PROS: Bed was very comfortable. Location is amazing. Liked the coffee station and mini fridge in my room. CONS: No towels provided. No desk to work at.

The unit was clean, newly renovated and the bed comfortable. It was an adequate size for sleeping. The building is in a very nice neighborhood in Capital Hill with lots of shops. The description said the bathroom was private and attached, but in reality you had to go out of the room onto the landing of the interior stairwell to access the bathroom. There was no keypad entry for the bathroom, so other residents could have used it (though it didn't appear that happened). It only locked from the inside. You could hear other residents talking, but people were generally respectful and quiet. Earplugs were provided.

I reserved two rooms, and Vince was so helpful in getting booked into exactly what I needed for the weekend. I'm already looking at staying here again in the fall because it's a great little spot.

I recently stayed at Vince's Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Vince was a gracious host, providing helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the area. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Vince's Airbnb for anyone visiting Seattle (or CapHill Area). JGG
