The main bedroom is located on this level and has a King bed and a large walk-in closet. The ensuite bath has a single sink vanity and shower only. Upstairs are the other 3 bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The first upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a large corner desk. All of these bedrooms share the full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and combination shower/tub. Sun Valley Resort Amenities: NO AMENITIES PASSES AVAILABLE UNTIL SPRING OF 2024. Reservations made for winter 2023/24 do NOT have pool access. Reservations made for June 2024 or later will have full amenities access including up to 5 pool passes, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Complex Features: Dollar Meadows Condominiums are located across Trail Creek just south of the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Dollar Meadows Please note: No pets allowed.
