South Park Street Cottage is a charming, cozy, two bedroom, one bath home located in the heart of historic downtown Brenham. This newly remodeled 1940's cottage sits on a corner lot with a single car garage, a large backard with gazebo, and keyless entries. When you stay at the South Park Street Cottage, you are one block from the center of downtown and within walking distance from shops, eateries, entertainment, and family fun. This 1940's newly remodeled cottage has all of the amenities of a modern farmhouse retreat. The beautiful open concept floorplan creates a nice flow from the living room, through the dining room to the spacious, fully eqipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a designated workspace and separate his/hers closets. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds and can sleep up to 4 guests. The large backyard is perfect for relaxing in the gazebo or sitting by the firepit and listening to the live music coming from Home Sweet Farm Biergarten on the weekends.

This is a very charming house. Walking distance to downtown but also very quiet. Nice backyard and dog friendly. Host was friendly, kind and very responsive. We enjoyed staying here and would do so again if opportunity arises.

I would describe our stay at Andrea’s house as perfect. It’s a beautiful home. Literally a two minute walk from downtown. It was also very quiet, and we felt very safe, the neighborhood was beautiful. everything was pristine, the bedrooms were very very comfortable and calming and beautifully furnished. the communication style from Andrea was proactive and prompt. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. I can’t wait till we can stay again. I’d like to bring my family next time. I think we will really enjoy our stay. Thanks Andrea!
