Eduardo was such a gracious and accommodating host. His place is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We felt at home the 4 nights we were there. A few things to note: - The parking isn’t great, but to be honest the parking isn’t great anywhere in Oakland/San Francisco. Lol - We arrived after a long day of travel to no complimentary water. This is the first Airbnb where a few bottles of water wasn’t available for consumption. (This is a simple, yet great accommodation for guests). - The water was off the entire morning of one of the days in the entire building, however Eduardo compensated me for the water being off. (Very thoughtful and much appreciated). Overall I would highly recommend Eduardo and his place to folks visiting the area. Thank you 😊

Eduardo’s place is a great stay. Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Lake Merritt. Eduardo was a friendly host, communicative, and responsive. I would recommend this stay to friends and family.

From the moment I made the booking to my arrival and departure Eduardo was always responsive and kind!!!! He gave clear instructions on how to check in and even has pictures to make the check in even smoother!!! Once inside the apartment I was super impressed!! It smelled great and looked EXACTLY like the photos! I literally have NO complaints!. The neighborhood is super safe I walked about 30 mins to the lake which is beautiful. No many reviews so I was hesitant and mentioned this to Eduardo and he assured me I’d love it which I absolutely did!!! So please book! You will not be disappointed
