The location was amazing located on Akebonobashi st. With several convenience, stores and restaurants, laundry everything you need within two blocks. Also extremely close to the Shinjuku line station. Two stops away from Kabukicho. It was a great convenience. If you are not prepared to walk up several floors of stairs then this might not be for you. overall for myself +2 guests it was very spacious and I would stay here again

The apartment was very nice and comfortable, there were 4 people in my group and we all had plenty of space to sleep comfortably. The host is very quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. The area was great with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the subway station is a very short walk away so the location felt easy to get anywhere else you want to go. I would love to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo. The biggest issue was that my flight got delayed so I missed my first day here.

The place is on the fourth floor, with no elevator. Carrying the luggage up the steep stairs is a chore. The place was malodorous from the moment we walked in, though over the span of the stay we got used to it. The interior doorways (such as to the bathroom, and the bedrooms) are very low. I am not particularly tall, but still had to stoop repeatedly (and once bumped my head on a doorway). The chairs are all uncomfortably low. The internet was hit-or-miss. Despite the details shown in the listing, there is no green space or yard on the premises. Overall it was not a good value for what I paid. That being said, the location was excellent -- in terms of nearby shops, restaurants, and markets.
