This meticulously maintained historic building is located in the beautiful Mt. Pleasant neighbourhood. This stylish, bright flat is the entire top floor of the two unit building. Downtown is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Directly across the road are the Public Gardens which lead to the entrance of Rockwood Park. Rockwood is home to many kilometres of hiking trails, several lake beaches and the Lilly Lake water front restaurant. The university and hospital are under 10 minutes away. Guests will enjoy two large bedrooms - one with a king sized bed and one with a queen sized bed. There is a dedicated work space off the living room, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cook ware and dishes.

5 Star! Clean, quiet. Place is bigger than it looks in the pictures.
We were there for a dancing competition from the 4th to the 7th f April 2024 and it was very close to travel. We enjoy our stay. The place is spotless and very comfy. Really nice place and the hosts are responsive to our questions. I recommend this place 100%.
Once we arrived, we immediately felt at home. Spacious and clean. They contacted us immediately for questions prior to our reservation, and once when we had an inquiry while we were there. They are very genuine people. We hope to go back next year.

A few steps outside the front door provide access to the Public Gardens - a lovely green space maintained by the Saint John Horticultural Association which is perfect for a stroll, picnic or to take in as you make your way to Rockwood Park
Rockwood Park is a short walk away and is home to Lily Lake cafe and restaurant - delicious food served on the lakeside patio or in their cozy dining room. The park offers kilometers of walking and bike trails, small lakes and beaches, and a large playground.
Not far away is the downtown core where you can find museums, city parks, award winning restaurants, and a great place to walk around and check out the historic corners of the city.
The property is close to highway access and is located on a main bus route. Downtown is a 5 min car or bike ride or a 15 - 20 min walk.
