Just a stones throw from Brisbane Airport and a short walk to train station giving you easy access to the Brisbane CBD. Explore Nundah Village and its trendy cafes and restaurants. This cozy original Queenslander cottage might be small in size but big on charm with all the modern day conveniences including a complete kitchen for preparing meals. Period features include original fretwork, timber floors and high ceilings seamlessly blending the past with the present. Adorned with an eclectic monochrome style, the design of the space has made a conscious effort to retain numerous original period features. In the children's room, you'll find the authentic bunk beds that were utilized by the previous owner's family nearly 70 years ago. It's worth noting that the top bunk is situated about 2 meters above the ground, and parents with smaller children may want to consider their comfort and safety in using it.

Nice little place, bed was comfy, and kitchen and bathrooms nice. Good TV. No driveway, so need to park on road. Some road noise. Handy location, close to train station. Overall good stay, and very responsive host
Our host was extremely friendly, responsive and communicative. We really enjoyed the personal touches like snacks and an essentials stocked fridge - super helpful. Decor is beautiful, beds super comfy and linen luxurious. Also the toiletries were delightful. The kitchen and bathroom Reno are gorgeous. Location suited us perfectly. Very short walk to train station and Nundah village for food and groceries. Short drive to airport and Chermside shopping.

We live in Brisbane and love to work and travel. We own hair salons, export, distribute and manufacture our own Australian brand of hair products called SOPHIC. When travelling we love to see old buildings that have been beautifully restored, visit local markets and experience the surrounding culture. Married with two adult children, three granddaughters and one grandson, we spent our 25th wedding anniversary at Everest Base Camp.
