Newly constructed and furnished the Horizon House offers 180 degree panoramic ocean views from every room. Located in Malibu, just a few miles north of world famous beaches, shopping and restaurants. The Horizon House accommodates 6 guests. It features modern furnishings from Arhaus in all 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully loaded with both outdoor and indoor dining options. The saltwater infinity pool and spa are private and offer breathtaking ocean views. The owner lives on the premises. Each room is furnished by Arhaus and has its own private bathroom and fireTV. The gym also has a bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded with appliances from wolf and sub zero. Dinning is provided around the kitchen counter and also includes an outdoor dining table. All rooms including the Pool/Spa are completely private. The upper and lower decks also feature heaters. Heating Pool/Spa is $100 a day extra charge and requires 24 hour notice prior to arrival.

This house had the most amazing views. Regina was very communicative and answered any questions we had. her home had a pond, pool and mountain views that we explored all 5 days. It was exactly what we were looking for when we said quiet "private getaway." We will definitely be staying sometime in the future. Thanks Regina.
The views from Regina’s are spectacular., and visible from all rooms except the kitchen. The house is newly built, very high tech, and well appointed. The bedrooms in particular are very high end, each with an attached and spotless bath. The kitchen, like the rest, is brand new with high end appliances. For those who like a gym, this one is first rate. The saltwater pool and spa were as lovely as they come. Regina welcomed us in person, and made check in easy. She was always friendly and responsive to any questions we had. My only issue with the house is that I did not understand that Regina’s own part of the house, and the rented part are divided in the kitchen only by a moveable cabinet. When closed you cannot see between the two, but sound travels very easily. You can hear someone talking or watching TV in the other part, and I found myself frequently shushing my family when we were in the kitchen, or in the adjacent TV room so as to not disturb.
Our most beautiful stay yet. This place was a true getaway. The views were spectacular! Better in person. Regina is a gem and you barely know she’s there. She handled all of our concerns quickly and didn’t give us a hard time. We will be booking again!!

The listing was not entirely clear that the host lived in the same house. Although the connecting access is locked, you are aware of the fact that someone is on the property. It was not significant for our trip but others might not be as comfortable. The listing should explain that it is a "partitioned" house not a "whole" house. With that said, the property is beautiful, the pool is excellent and everything is brand new. Regina explained that the house was completed in the last six months.
