Don't wait, book Kathryn's beautiful home asap! Her home is simply gorgeous. It was spotless, beautiful, comfortable, charming, stunning views of the ocean from most every window and filled with everything you'd need as a home away from home and then some. The many outdoor spaces are equally amazing and each space is as charming as the next. Good luck trying to decide which one to enjoy! The location is also terrific, just 10-15 minutes by car to the local grocery store and several restaurants. There's also a popular casual resturant just a 15 minute walk away. Despite being so close to dining options you might choose, like we did, to eat in most nights and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balconies. The beach is also minutes away by foot. Our family didn't want to leave and have declared our stay as one of the best vacations we've had. Thank you, Kathryn, for sharing your home with our family! :)

We chose Kathryn's place based on location and the aesthetics of her beautiful villa. She met us upon arrival for a tour of the place. Super spacious, very beautiful and the ocean views are breathtaking. Full kitchen that we took advantage for making breakfast the day after our wedding. A perfect getaway for our family of four. The views alone are worth every penny! Our hosts met us for check-in and walked us through the property, making sure we knew how to use the amenities. Instructions were provided for the house, as well as excellent recommendations for restaurants, things to do locally, and a thoughtful bottle of champagne was in the fridge. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and steam shower. But our favorite thing to do was to be home in time for sunset on the porch! Great master suite and well appointed kitchen to cook in. A great find! We had such a wonderful stay in your home. The villa was even better than the photographs. The views and sunsets were incredible. I particularly enjoyed the parrots. I feel like we would rent again for a future NFL game or getaway. Stacey Mae
