You and your friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Easy walk to the Lebanon Green for many restaurants and entertainment or a short drive to many local attractions. It is called the Squirrel's Nest because the original tenant, when I purchased the building, fed all the squirrels in the neighborhood with peanuts. Needless to say, I found thousands of peanut shells, acorns, and seeds of all types in the "squirrel's nest" all around the apartment. They were in the walls, floors, porch and every crevice. Rest assured you will be staying in a newly renovated one bedroom apartment where there are NO squirrels inside that is. There is parking right outside the private porch leading to the unit. There might be a few footsteps above due to a first floor apartment. The outside has not yet been renovated but you will find the inside transformed. You will have everything you need for a delightful time away from home.

Perry's place was a convenient place for me and my sister to stay. Everything was very clean and new looking. The road is a bit busy but pretty close to the town green, and you cannot hear any street noise inside the apartment. Parking is very good.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Kristi and Perry. The apartment was spotless, bright, cozy and spacious. All of the appliances in the well-thought-out kitchen are brand new, state of the art. I didn't need to communicate with them since everything was clearly spelled out ahead of time and I am somewhat familiar with the area. I found it very convenient for my needs. As others alluded to, the tenants above the apartment have a peppy step, but it wasn't a problem for me. I would definitely stay with Kristi and Perry again on my next visit to the area. Don't miss out on this perfect spot!
Great little spot. Perfect for professional travel or just coming to the area to set up a home base to venture out. Close to absolutely everything. The tenants above you can be loud at times but it didn’t impact my ability to sleep or relax.
My stay was great! The apartment is very clean and has everything you would need. When I asked Perry about a tea kettle, they purchased one for the apartment! Highly recommended.

A quiet side street in a residential area, yet very close to local amenities.
Off street parking for up to 2 cars is available. The house also borders a local walking path, Mascoma Greenway, which connects close by to the Northern Rail Trail. If you'd rather not drive we are .6 miles to a hub for the local free bus system, Advance Transit.
