A cozy and quiet space only a few minutes from Dartmouth College, Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital, and White River Junction Center. You will have a separate entrance to the space and access to a yard, a 3 season patio room, bedroom with a queen sized bed and queen pullout couch, a separate dining area, grill, and a private bathroom.

The home was beautiful, pristine, and cozy, we felt right at home! The entire area had such amazing scenery, and made nothing feel boring even if we were doing nothing. Stephanie, our host, was very kind and made our first time renting an Airbnb stress free and welcoming!
Comfortable stay with a very accommodating and responsive host, especially considering that I booked on such short notice.
We had a wonderful stay! Had everything we needed for my mom, dog, and son. Great location too!
Good location and price for us!
We loved our stay at Addie's place! It's hard to find places to stay when travelling with a dog, so it was great to stay at a fellow dog-lover's place. There were so many nice little details (like a water bowl for the dog)! The space is beautifully decorated and warm and comfortable!

Residential neighborhood, but very quiet. There are two parks (Kilowatt North and South) with river access, picnic areas, walking trails, and a boat ramp 0.2 miles away.
There are several walking trails nearby, but travel would be primarily by car. I have one parking space in the driveway dedicated to the rental space. Street parking is allowed for most of the year, but in the event of a snowstorm it would be restricted.
