I had a very pleasant stay at Van's place! I arrived early in the morning from the airport and could drop my luggage already at 9:30am before official check-in at 2pm. Van was always very friendly and replied very quick :) The bathroom and room itself were extraordinarily clean!

I really liked my stay here and would happily stay again! It was so clean, Van’s home is lovely and she is so friendly and commutative. She even gave me a gift for the Vietnamese new year! The location was also great, it’s a 1 min walk to the bus stop and busses run every 15 mins to the cbd. Thank you for a lovely stay and happy new year :)

This was a great stay in Footscray. The fresh air b‘n‘b was a prefect and comfy starting point. The rooms - sleeping room, kitchen and bath room had everything you‘d be looking for. The house was just renovated. If you have the option, try to choose the rooms close to the backyard as the street might be loud during the night. I can highly recommend to stay in Footscray with Van. She is great.
