This beachfront home (intercoastal) is located in a quiet, pristine gated community on Perdido Key with a private white sandy beach, in a No Wake Zone on Sunset Pass. Our home is a popular 4 bedroom townhouse with 2 kings, 2 queens & 2.5 baths. Our guests love this location, due to the beach access, dolphin watching, boaters passing by, private boat slip, fishing and golf course across the street. Our community offers many amenities including a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room. This gorgeous townhome was custom built with numerous upgrades. A new over-sized leather sectional sofa has been added to the living room for casual comfort. With approx. 2,400 sf with 12' ceilings, this home has a very light and airy feel due to the large windows and fabulous ceiling fans in each room. The first floor provides a feel of elegance with tasteful beach decor and travertine tile throughout. The staircase and second floor offer glistening hardwood Bamboo floors. The private half bath is located in the 4th bedroom, on the first floor, with a step free entrance. Regarding parking, we have room for a small vehicle in the garage and two parking spots in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted, unless loading and unloading. Street parking is not permitted over night. This location places you ideally between the activities of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores attractions, such as the famous FloraBama, the Wharf, the Hangout and the Zoo. Pensacola is close by with all the shopping and restaurants in beautiful Downtown Pensacola. The Naval Museum is at NAS Pensacola, home of the Blue Angels. Hang around Perdido Key for fun options such as the Sunset Grill, Oyster Bar and Marina, The Jellyfish Bar, Lillian's Pizza, Lil John's Water sports & boat rental, and The Lost Key Golf & Beach Club. Note: We had previously used VRBO, with 3 years of consistent 5 star ratings. Unfortunately, I could not transfer those reviews to this page, however you can click on the reviews from our other rental (in Key West). We then used a management company for one year, however their customer and client satisfaction was not up our standards, so we have switched back to managing ourselves. We strive diligently to surpass our guest's expectations, and expect you will treat our home like your own.
