Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID and sign a tenancy agreement. The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter. Access will be granted only to the number of guests specified in the original booking; any additional guests beyond this number will not be permitted to check in. Smoking is not allowed Sorry, no pets allowed Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours. Immediate Eviction Policy Please be aware that we have a strict policy regarding disturbances. In the event of: Unauthorised guests on the premises, Noise disturbances, or Any other disruptive behaviour, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Check in hours: 3pm-9pm. Late check-in is between 9pm and 11pm at a cost of £30 NOTE: Late check-in is subject to availability and must be requested and paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Arrivals after 11pm are not possible unless agreed in advance. Check out: 10am
Loved the apartment.Its clean perfect for 6 members.Great location. Struggled a bit with checkin process. Informed the host about it and he did help us . Will definitely consider staying here again
This apartment/flat was beautiful and in a great location; however, there were some issues that could not be overlooked. We booked this listing because it was advertised to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Upon arrival, we discovered that it only had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We paid for a late check-in and received an email *the next morning* asking us to rate our “greeter.” There was no greeter. We received directions on the location of the lockbox and when we got there, the lockbox was not there so we were unable to gain entry to this apartment. With no greeter to assist us with entry and unclear instructions, we had to rely on the building’s security guard to help us. We learned the next day that lockbox location was not as originally stated and actually in a different location. Note that UK bed sizes are NOT the same as US sizes. Overall the flat was clean and well-decorated but lacked general instructions such as garbage disposal and recycling.
