We were upgraded to this much larger flat due to a maintenance issue. The flat is beautiful and very spacious. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and we liked the area. Unfortunately, two key issues prevented us from enjoying our stay. The first is the heating. It was set to 26 degrees when we arrived and any changes to the thermostat made no difference. We were unable to sleep our first night as it was far too hot and stuffy. We contacted the hosts who initially said they couldn't do anything as it was controlled externally. I stressed that we needed it lowered, which they did, but only by a few degrees. Guests should have control over the temperature. The TV could not connect to the internet or any terrestrial channels, making it completely unusable. I raised the issue the first morning and asked for someone to come to look at it. I was told this wasn't urgent and no one fixed it- we were unable to use the TV. Lovely flat, but disappointing response on key issues.

Great and very large apartment in a perfect location into Hampstead. Extremely responsive hosts, clear instructions and easy to navigate.
