Inside, the exquisite design flair on show across all four floors certainly reflects Hampstead’s well-deserved reputation as a hub of artistic inspiration... Illuminated by the natural light from the patio doors, the open-plan living and dining room manifests contemporary elegance with its crisp white walls and delicate spot lighting. Statement furniture adds to the enlightened atmosphere, including an Aztec camelback sofa and the banquet-style chairs that grace a refined dining area surrounded by discerning paintings. Two tones tell the story of the stylish kitchen which luxuriates in its shades of white and grey. Combining practicality and good taste with its wood cabinetry, marble backsplash and under-cabinet lighting, the kitchen boasts top-of-the-range facilities including a walk-in refrigerator pantry and glossy black range cooker with induction hob. Enlivened by oriental and abstract artwork, the first floor living room offers a relaxing environment in which to unwind in front of a flat screen TV and cosy modern fireplace. Minimalist in style, the master suite exudes relaxation with its plush king-sized bed and understated interior styling. It’s a harmonious atmosphere that equally transcends the adjoining en-suite bathroom, offering an opulent free-standing bath and separate shower. A pared-back aesthetic also pervades the second suite, hosting a woven wood king-sized bed, built-in cupboards and a walk-in dressing room. Marble tiling brings a lavish air to the adjoining en-suite bathroom which offers a spacious walk-in shower and mirrored bathtub. Chandelier lighting and shuttered windows bring a light and airy atmosphere to the third suite, home to a king-sized bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Capacious in size, the fourth bedroom is located on the basement level and offers a trundle bed with two further sleeping spaces, as well as a massage table should you require some R&R after a busy day taking in the tourist sights. On this level, you’ll also find the fourth bathroom, contemporary in style with a walk-in steam shower and a stylish single wash basin, as well as the utility room. Stepping outside, an enchanting walled garden enshrines the sense of serene suburban living with the soothing green wall surrounding the seating area reminding you of your location in one of London’s leafiest neighbourhoods. It mirrors the uplifting mood that abounds as you exit the property to admire the impressive exterior; classically British with its climbing ivy and potted plants yet subtly European in style with its elegant whitewashed façade and sensuous shuttered windows. Nestled down a quiet tree-lined road, it’s moments from the cafes and boutique shops of Hampstead. WE LOVE The clue’s in the title – the enviable location in the leafy and artistic neighbourhood of Hampstead, steps from a whole range of artisan cafés, cosy gastro pubs and high-end boutiques. Your own pets are welcome on request. A dog is one of the family members who usually lives here. Although every property is cleaned to a Veeve standard, please note this property may not be the best fit for those with allergies. Basil the tortoise also lives on the patio - he's very friendly but can be removed if requested. He hibernates during winter, so you won't see him during November to February. Whilst the winding stairs are a great feature of this home, they may be unsuitable for younger children. A washing machine, dryer and iron can be found in the utility room. There is a cot available in the home for our tiniest of guests which can be set up in any room. The host's cleaner, Donna, comes between 10am –10.30am (depending on public transport) and leaves around lunchtime every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Donna cleans the common areas (living rooms and kitchen) and is happy to assist guests with any queries, water the plants and feeds the tortoise. Please note, the queue for the local creperie along the street can be busy during peak times, so please be aware of the possibility for potential noise intrusion at weekends and during the summer months.

Our rental homes are predominantly privately-owned, lived-in homes in vibrant neighbourhoods. Thanks to our fully managed service, when you stay in a Veeve property you can benefit from the spaciousness, personal style and relaxed feel of a home – but with all the amenities of a hotel. Once a booking is confirmed our Customer Service team will become your main point of contact and get in touch with you to organise your arrival at the property (including airport transfers, upon request); after which our on-the-ground management team will look after all aspects of your stay, with in-stay support available to help with any queries. We have strict cleanliness guidelines for our cleaners and all staff who enter our properties and have reinforced existing cleaning procedures in line with official WHO, British and French government guidance. As always, our team ensure that all properties are cleaned to a professional standard before and after each stay, with increased focus on touch-point cleaning (door handles, kitchen surfaces, kettles, taps etc.). All staff who enter properties will follow the below procedures: - Carry and regularly use alcohol-based hand rub - Sanitise their mobile phones - Focus extra attention when cleaning key touch-point areas (door handles, kitchen surfaces, kettles, taps etc.) - Wear protective gear where appropriate - Wash and disinfect work shoes We might be able to arrange for property viewings, upon request, for stays of over 28 nights. Please be aware once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement and also ID verification via our partners Superhog. This is mandatory for all our stays and in accordance to short lets requirements with Veeve.
