I will have a monitor there also. The apartment has many comforts - TV with most subscriptions, Nespresso coffee machine, equipped kitchen, Rituals products, etc. It is very central, with Dublin city centre a 20min walk away. NB: I am letting the room out while I am away, but I will be reachable & my housemate will be there. The apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. The room that I am subletting is a double room with a hotel-quality bed, and has its own smaller balcony that overlooks Rathmines and is a great spot for a morning coffee. The apartment has constant hot water and heat, and the room has a Dyson fan&heater also. There is a heavier tog duvet available, as well as a lighter tog - this can be changed based on your preference. The shared areas contain many comforts - Nespresso machine, blender, sparkling water maker, Smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus, NowTV, Amazon Prime Video and MUBI. There is also a record player and some records that you can play if you wish. Towels, basic hygiene products, hair dryer, etc., are provided. There is also an iron and a steamer for your clothing. The apartment is located in a great location, right in the centre of Rathmines, and there is a public gym with a 25m swimming pool, sauna and steam room located downstairs. Many shops are a 2-5 minute walk away.
