Beautiful independent design house with private garden and barbecue located in Maspalomas, just a few minutes drive from the beach and the dunes. Very spacious and bright, it has an exquisite decoration where every detail has been taken care of, with capacity for 8 people, distributed in 4 bedrooms. This property is perfect both for enjoying a dream holiday and for teleworking, as it has all the comforts to make your stay a unique experience. With spacious outdoor areas of over 200 m2, this beautiful house divided into 3 floors, is ideal for families, couples, friends and business trips, as it has 600mb Fibre Wifi, desk, work area and air conditioning, designed for teleworking. With 4 large double bedrooms, all with air conditioning except one. Three of them are located on the main floor, two of which have a double bed and the third has a trundle bed and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom, located on the top floor of the house, has a double bed and a cot. This floor also has a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen, office, Smart TV and access to the terrace on the upper floor of the house. The property has two full bathrooms in total, a fully equipped independent kitchen with all appliances and dining area. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and air conditioning, the main feature is the beautiful terrace with porch and outdoor garden, where you can have lunch and relax while enjoying the atmosphere of the place and delicious lunches on the barbecue. In addition, the exclusive property has a large games room on the ground floor, equipped with table football and billiards, so you can have fun. Strategically located in one of the most beautiful municipalities in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, where you can enjoy its beaches and stroll among its dunes.

This villa is a great little find, and overall we have given in 4 out of 5 stars. It was wonderfully clean when we arrived, and had ample room for the 5 of us who were staying. Multiple living / lounging rooms, good outdoor space, and reasonably sized bedrooms with good storage facilities. The hosts, Home2Book, were excellent. They are brilliant at communicating, were very responsive to all of our questions, very kind, and cooperative. From my perspective, the area in which the villa is located isn't as amazing as the villa, albeit there is nothing bad about it. Simply put, Maspalomas is a 'resort' area, and as such there is no much a whole lot going on, and walks to areas of interest (such as the dunes, or Meloneras which has a fantastic sea-side strip) are slightly longer than you would like in the heat you get in Gran Canaria. Outside of this, and all things considered, a great little stay with a very welcoming and communicative team behind it.
Beautiful home with lots of rooms and a beautiful outdoor space! We loved our stay. The host was extremely responsive to all of our needs and questions which made everything very easy. Would absolutely stay again. Tip: If you’re not driving, it is easiest to catch taxis from the main road and not directly in front of the Airbnb. Many taxis seem unfamiliar with the residential area which is off of a gravel road, so we found it easier to hail taxis from the busier main road which is only a short two minute walk from the Airbnb.
Очень просторный красивый дом. Полностью оснащенная кухня. Есть абсолютно все необходимое. Очень чисто. Много зон отдыха (беседка, игровая в подвале, зимний сад, терраса и тд). Есть детские незаменимые вещи: стульчики, коляска, кресла для авто, игрушки и тп. Нас было много (взрослые и дети) и нам все равно было комфортно, тк дом очень большой, с большим количеством комнат. Очень ухоженный чистый сад. Во время нашего пребывания приходил садовник. Легкое общение и четкие инструкции по заселению. Район тихий, состоящий из похожих домов. Нужна машина.
We loved our stay here. It was about a 20-30 minute walk to some streets with lots of restaurants and bars and we really enjoyed the walk as the weather was just perfect. The host was very responsive as I did message them to ask a few questions. They were even flexible with checkout which was really helpful for us as our flight was later in the evening. We had such a great stay! Perfect spot for people travelling as a group!
The location is very good, very close to the beach, very spacious, the room is very big, but the bedding such as sheets or bath towels are not very clean, you can see hair or other things.

This beautiful property is located in Maspalomas, in the south of Gran Canaria, in the heart of one of the most visited stretches of coastline in Europe. Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés and Meloneras offer a large number of hotels and flats, plenty of leisure options during the day and an attractive nightlife around the beaches. Walkers, surfers and nudists mingle on a beach that also has lonely and isolated stretches where nudism can be practised.
But Maspalomas is not only known for its huge dune field or its good climate. It is also known for its old lighthouse, which has seen the arrival of the first tourists and the conversion of the area into a holiday resort. Because ever since the first traveller realised that good weather was the norm on this kilometre-long beach, the Maspalomas lighthouse has witnessed thousands of sunny days, honeymoons and walks by the sea.

Today everything has changed around it. It is now at the beginning of a busy promenade area. A perfect place for shopping, a stop after the beach, going out for dinner or simply having a drink next to the long line of the sea.
A few metres from the promenade is the start of the Maspalomas Dunes Nature Reserve, made up of three ecosystems: the Palm Grove, the Pond and the Dunes, which extend just a few metres from the sea. The whole area is an enormous natural space of exceptional value.
