Two night stay and paid over $3k. I expected a 5-star house. The place looks like a poorly executed flip turned into a rental. Tile work in the bathrooms is poor DYI-quality, junk in the front yard, light bulbs missing from fixtures, standing water in the backyard patio of the basement…..the list goes on. My wife and family got there at 4 pm on Friday for my Daughter’s graduation weekend to no running water. I messaged our host. We were told that the system was “percolating” and would come back on in 30-minutes. I arrived at 7 pm and the water was still not on. My wife called our host and again was told the same thing- wait 30 minutes. We insisted that someone get out to the house and fix it- which did occur around 9 pm that night while we were out to dinner (none of us had showered). We were told that the owner would issue a partial reimbursement for the inconvenience. I replied that a credit for the first night stay would be acceptable. We were credited $200.

Great huge space for multiple people. Very spacious, cool, and comfortable. I wish they had a few more end tables and lamps, but it did provide my friends and me with a great place for our reunion. Big property and out in the beautiful woods. Close enough to the center of action in Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, & Durham. I’d stay there again

House would have been well worth it if totally private but not with someone in bottom portion of house smoking week marijuana and having to put up with the smell

Karen and other co-hosts were amazing, the place was amazing. Me and my crew had a great time here and will definitely stay here again if in the area! Side note for a family looking for a place to stay in the area, we were a crew of grown men working in the area but if you have kids this would be the perfect place for you and your family! It had so much stuff for kids to do and as well as adults. You won’t regret staying here!

Issues, dirty everywhere, had to wash dishes before using. Not enough towels , hand towels, washcloths and what there were are old. Had to purchase our own. Not enough toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, napkins, towel and cloth for kitchen and no dishwasher soap had to purchase our own. No hair dryer just an empty box, no iron and ironing board, no broom/dustpan. No remote for the tv in the master bedroom. Outside could use a lot of upkeep. We took anything we purchased. I did point most of this out but no one ever came with items mentioned.
