This room has a queen size bed and a private keyed patio exit to the backyard. You’ll have access to all shared spaces in the house including living room, kitchen and patio. Our house is fully gated. Our backyard is spacious. Feel free to use the fire-pit or bbq grill. You’ll also have access to the shared washer and dryer. Room does share a wall with the kitchen, you may expect some nose during the day. Long term stays requires 1 month worth of security deposit. The house has multiple rooms for rent. This is one of the rooms. It is fully gated. The house is very close to 605 highway. Perfect for those commutes. The backyard is very spacious with bbq and grill, perfect for those small friend gatherings. House Rules: 1. Please do not smoke inside or near the doors. Please spray air freshener if you come into the shared space right after you smoke. 2. No pets are allowed in the rooms unless prearranged with the owner. 3. House parties are not allowed. Friends of guests not on the reservation are not allowed to stay over night. 4. Please be mindful of your noise level. There are other guests in the house. 5. Please help us keep our bedrooms free from stains and bugs by cleaning up after yourself. If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc., please let us know ASAP. 6. Additional room service. If you spill something and need us to clean it up for you, we’ll happy to do it for an additional fee, starting at $30 and up. Fee vary per request. 7. Please do not flush anything down the toilet, use the trash can in the bathrooms. 8. Please help us save electricity by turning off lights, air conditioner and space heater when you leave the room. Lower electricity bills will help keep our room rates at an affordable price for future rentals. 9. Internet username and password is on the wall of each room. 10. Please return the gate remote and door keys to the owner or cohost before you leave. There is a $150 fee for lost gate remote or lost keys.

The room and house is a hidden gem as it has an amazing environment and a huge patio to walk around. Cindy herself was super helpful and even made some delcious food for us. She was especially kind and helpful before we left the airbnb. Her dog, Lulu is such a sweetie and we would love to stay over in this place again!
Cindy’s home is incredible value, especially for long-term sits. Cindy is so kind and helpful and always there to greet you with a smile. As with all stays where there are multiple guests in the same house, your experience has a lot to do with who else is staying, particularly because the walls are thin and this room is right next to the kitchen. (If you’re an early riser, this shouldn’t be a problem, but it’s hard to sleep in if that’s what you want.) Major pros: secure parking for a car, easy access to the freeway, ready access to the kitchen and other home necessities, a very comfortable bed, and - most of all - an incredibly hospitable host!

We stayed 1 month at Cindy's place. We had a great time,you have everything you need on the kitchen for cooking, patio with BBQ and fire pit. The room was clean , bed was soft. You share bathroom with Cindy,so it's clean all the time. Cindy was very welcoming and nice,she helped a lot. We had the 14 of February and Cindy gave flowers to each room,it was amazing. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend this place for short or long period,you will enjoy it.
