Talk about a true superhost! Walt’s house is even better in person than the pictures showed. We were on town for my daughter’s law school graduation and Walt treated is like royalty, his home made an awesome weekend three times better! We would like to thank him again and if you want the perfect place to stay than I so recommend you stay at Walt’s house

Very green - heavily wooded, 1940's built neighborhood
Very hilly - great for exercise while walking or biking
Very quiet - neighborhood is a self-contained pocket so there's no through-traffic
Very convenient - prime location near the city center
Despite our location near the middle of the city, you'll almost certainly hear the backyard barred owls chatting in the evenings and if you’re lucky you may even see the deer that use nearby stream bed as their walking trail!
Streets are fairly wide and quiet (parking is on-street)
Neighborhood is very walkable or bike-able!
Restaurants and bars, grocery, and coffee are all an easy walk away!
