Nestled in the heart of the scenic Hook Peninsula, our home is a cherished gem steeped in memories of wonderful family holidays. Once a humble fisherman's terraced house, it has been lovingly renovated to blend charm with modern comforts. This cozy house is suitable for families with stair guards, highchair and a playground close by. Just a two minute stroll brings you to Duncannon's famed long beach and when you work up an appetite there are a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes. We hope you enjoy your stay in our holiday home. We have had many family holidays spent in our seaside gem. It is a perfect spot to explore the scenic Hook Peninsula, famous for it's breath taking vistas, magnificent natural landscapes and pure beaches. Closer to home take a stroll on Duncannon beach while the quaint harbour invites a leisurely exploration. For adventures, activities like kite surfing, costeering and kayaking await. When you have worked up an appetite stroll to the local pubs and cafes. We are delighted to share our family 's "Happy Place" and hope you love it as much as we do.

Excellent stay, Paula could not have been more helpful. We will return
Paula's place was very neat and clean and had everything for our short stay. Just a short drive to Waterford which was very nice. Also drove the Hook Pennisula which had a lot of interesting stops. The beach was a short walk away and very nice. The local spots to eat/drink were very good. To bad the old fort was closed down, it looked like it would have been a cool place to visit. Thanks Paula.
We had a wonderful stay at Paula's place in Duncannon. Seashore is a beautiful home in a great location. Paula was a superhost and we couldn't have asked for better. We will definitely be back!

This is a gorgeous seaside village that we cherish with a great community atmosphere. The neighbours on both sides of us are lovely people with one of the families with young kids, so we try to be respectful of this.
Enjoy the authentic village life with pubs and cafes with in walking distance and a new village shop opening in 2024. For now we drive to a well stocked shop in Ramsgate or another one in Campile village.
Catholic church is a good steep walk up the hill and a Protestant church further on.
There is an adventure centre in Ramsgrange and kayaking safari in Fethard on sea.
Tintern Abbey is a must do if you like a nice walk.
All amenities are within walking distance and if you have a car there are great drives around the scenic Hook Peninsula.
