The group living situation in the house didn't wind up working for our needs. So, we did not wind up staying there as intended. However, Jian was very kind about the situation -- going over and above to assist us with our change of plans. He is particularly good about communicating promptly and respectfully and making sure his guests are taken care of. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had a secure lock on it. The neighborhood seemed fine. We appreciated that the house was so close to the airport. Guests should make sure to understand that there are several rooms being rented out in the home and, thus, several people from all walks of life in the shared areas of the home (including the bathroom) -- at least during our particular stay.

Jian’s place fit the bill for my very brief overnight stay while passing through. Jian was a good communicator. Clean, simple, in a quiet neighborhood. The bedroom is tidy, and the bathroom is shared with other various guests renting out rooms in the hall. One thing to note is that the mattress was very firm—just keep this in mind when you book, depending on what you’re used to!

Clean place with cozy bed. Has all the amenities you want like an Iron and a full kitchen. Doors have locks. Jian is very responsive.
