Utsav is a great host and was available and friendly whenever I needed him. However, the room itself was a bit of a different experience which can be attributed to the security guard who also doubled up as a cleaner. The room, cleaned prior to check in, was dusty in the corners and the pillow covers weren't the cleanest as it had a bit of a musky smell. The room itself is spacious and private, but being by the roadside it does have its share of noise coming through. All in all, it worked for me as I needed something basic closeby to where I work so this arrangement served the purpose for me.

The hosts are very kind and good. The place is also good for a short stay. Its near the IT Parks that makes it easy/convenient for flying business visits. I strongly recommend this to people wanting a short stay near IT parks.

Not suitable for two people as the room itself is quite small. Ventillation is an issue inside the room. common area is well maintained. location is close to all the office spaces.

Utsav’s property is clean and cozy with all the basic amenities taken care of.. It is very near to the top tech parks in Bellandur area, which is it’s greatest plus point. Though Utsav doesn’t stay in the property, he made sure everything is taken care of and promptly replies for any queries.. Great host! Had a good stay..

Utsav is a great host and his instructions were crisp. The property is quite decent and value for money. The photos and the details are accurate, bus stops and entrance to eco world are walkable. The cupboards could've been a bit more clean but that's not an inconvenience. Overall, I liked it as the entire experience was hassle-free. I'll definitely stay here again.
