Parberto Suite is a very clean space with relatively new furniture and professionally cleaned carpets. Easy on/off access to TN highway 11 W which runs past our home. No mountain roads to navigate to get to our place. You will enjoy the whole lower floor of our home with a private entrance and parking area. The suite consists of one large living & sleeping area, a large bathroom with shower (no tub) and a full kitchen. We live upstairs. Our space is a 700 square foot studio apartment with a full kitchen and a large bathroom. The sleeping and living area is one large room which includes a queen size bed, desk/chair, a sofa, recliner, coffee table, and 40" flat screen TV. A large dresser and closet are available for your use. There is a private entrance to the space as well as private parking. **Our suite is perfect for medical students/interns or business professionals for a temporary stay in the Tri-City area. Contact us with your needed dates regardless of what our booking calendar shows. We are within a short drive to Kingsport (20 min), Rogersville (20 min), Johnson City (45 min) and Bristol (45 min). Ask for special weekly or monthly rates for students/interns/professionals. (**Weekly and monthly rates are for single occupancy only.)

Kim and John were such great hosts! They are both so hospitable and we truly appreciate their care and communication with us. This is a fully furnished basement underneath their house and it was helpful to have them above to answer any questions, help with check-in, etc.!
Hosts were very welcoming. The accommodations were immaculate.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!!!!
LARGE, super comfy, very clean apartment on the ground level of a single family home. Close to main road but very quiet inside. Easy drive into town. Very reasonable price. Owners are very nice and wanted to make our stay a good one. I’d definitely come back should I ever be up that way again!
Kim and John were the most amazing and gracious hosts. They checked in daily and made sure that I had everything I needed. The accommodations were neat, clean and well maintained. Very quiet and relaxing and perfect for one or two people. I would most definitely stay again.
We enjoyed meeting the hosts and were filled with gratitude for their amazing hospitality. Their home is beautiful and the rental space was extremely comfy, spacious & clean. We will definitely look to them for future trips to that area.

We live in a quiet neighborhood, a one-street sub-division. Sturbridge Lane is a 1 mile loop that makes for a good walk if you like a moderate work-out. (There is one very steep hill, but the rest of the road is easy-moderate.) You can also do a mile walk on a flat paved tree lined street on the side of our property.
We are off highway 11W so have easy access to the highway. No mountain or curvy roads to navigate to our home. We are 20 minutes from downtown Kingsport and about 45 minutes to Bristol.

We are natives of New Jersey, but lived and worked in the Atlanta, Georgia area for 11 years. We moved to Church Hill in May 2015. Kim is a retired speech/language pathologist who has worked in the public schools and rehabilitation hospitals in NJ and GA. She currently volunteers at the local Nursing and Rehab Center and also cooks once a month for Kingsport Meals on Wheels. John worked as a corporate facilities coordinator in NYC, NJ, Atlanta, and Weber City, Va. He is now Kim's handyman for her Honey Do List! We love this area because it is the least congested area we have ever lived in, it has beautiful scenery, and the people couldn't be more friendly. As Airbnb hosts, we get the opportunity to meet fellow travelers as we love to travel as well. We enjoy finding places off-the-beaten-path which is basically how we ended up finding Church Hill!
