Welcome to the Black Point Bungalow! This recently renovated 310 sqft studio is perfectly located on the Connecticut coast line for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. Situated less than a mile from downtown Niantic and McCooks Beach, this lively beach town offers many shops, cafes, restaurants, breweries, a boardwalk, and state parks. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals. The bungalow makes for a great romantic retreat or solo experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Kay’s cottage. Everything was clean and updated and we were very comfortable.
We booked this stay very last minute and were very happy with our choice. The place was beautifully decorated and looked exactly like the photos. We are not familiar with the area at all but we still found the place relatively easily, even without really reading the instructions provided. At night we got a little lost finding the place because it was dark. The host went above and beyond for us ! Though we only stayed one night we noticed a pizza place very close by and I went to a nice coffee shop on the water about 5 mins away. A great central location with a rural peaceful feel. The drive to and from Mohegan Sun was easy and quick. Definitely glad we picked this spot!!
