This is a new building/tower a long edsa Kamuning. Its located mismo in the highway. The location is super, the hosts are very helpful and responsive. It’s a small place but have everything you need. Swimming pool and gym are free to use. The tower is not yet fully done, there are some units that are still under construction. Therefore, the price is still a bit cheaper than it should be. But i believe once the building is fully done, this unit will be much expensive than what it is now.

The unit is great for the price and the hosts were very accommodating. Anything you need from them, they were on it. The unit was very clean when I checked in. Self check in was easy with retrieval of the keys from the mbox system. Air conditioning works really well with several modes to operate from. Unit is good having a fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, and kettle. The internet provider was DITO Home and had average speeds of 170-200Mbps download and average of 30Mbps upload. It's a cellular based broadband internet connection. The elevators for the unit was too the right, around the corner as you enter the secure doors to the reception desk area. Conveniently, there's a 7-eleven right outside the main door on the ground level and a cafe. The train station is literally outside to the right. The neighborhood has a lot of bars and clubs if that's what you like. Plenty of coffee shops around the area in South Triangle along with a few bakeries.
