Sunset Bay is only 1.8 miles from the Kitty Hawk Beach bathhouse and is centrally located to many restaurants, food/convenience stores, and local shops. Your stay at Sunset Bay is your own private 2 bed and 2 bath cottage. You will park in the unpaved oyster parking area next to the front cottage. You will walk down the sidewalk towards your cottage that is located towards the back of the property. This cottage boasts large windows and an open deck that accentuate the amazing marsh and sunset views on the bay. The larger cottage that is also on the same property in front is an additional Airbnb rental. Their parking is the paved driveway in front of their cottage. Please make sure you only park in your designated are. The canal/marsh dock as well as the gray chairs that are located out front on the bay are shared spaces with the other Airbnb on the property.
