This newly constructed 5 bedroom, 4 bath home sits high on the mountain to provide the best views in the valley. Located 1 mile from the Utah State Marina and local grocery store you can get to the action quickly by car or on foot. We designed our home with families and groups in mind. All the things we love in vacation rentals we added to our Raspberry Sunrise home. Multiple large open areas offer flexibility for your group to be together or apart. There are Smart TVs located in each of the three common areas, a regulation pool table in the great room, foosball and air hockey tables with video game machines in the loft. The home is 4100 square feet over three levels. Guests will have to walk up at least 1 full set of stairs to reach the main level. There is not a bedroom or bathroom on the entry level (basement) of the home. Two upper loft beds. One day bed that can convert to King size by adding extra mattress. Garden City, Utah offers many restaurants and shops during the summer season. Very few locations remain open year round, but no worries, Raspberry Sunrise comes with a fully stocked kitchen including a coffee and hot chocolate station with a few k-cups and coffee to get you going on a great vacation. Additional supplies can be purchased from the local grocery store. Have a great time cooking for large groups with the 6 burner gas range, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers (1 dishwasher is small). We love having the second fridge that includes a drink station that makes it easy for all to get their favorite beverage. Wireless internet is available for guests of Raspberry Sunrise. We have purchased a high end internet plan for our area. Please remember we are in a rural area and internet service can be intermittent. We offer an earlier check in and later check out time than most vacation homes. Don't wait until 3 or 4 in the afternoon to check in. Arrive at Raspberry Sunrise any time after 12pm on your check in day and start your vacation early. When it comes time to leave, our standard check out time is 12pm, no rushing around in the morning to get packed and tidy up before checking out. This provides you almost another day of "day time" hours without adding days to your stay. Due to our standard check in and check out times we are unable to offer early check in or late check outs. Our home faces Bear Lake and offers amazing views year round. With these spectacular views from the hill top come a steep driveway with a sharp turn at the top. Please take care when coming and going. There is room for up to 5 vehicles. The HOA does not allow any parking on the street. All guests must park on the driveway and in the parking pad in front of the home. We understand the challenges of the driveway and have already taken this into account with our nightly rental rates. Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a few locked closets and cabinets. Our basement is not completely finished, there are several locked rooms in the basement that do not allow guest access to these unfinished areas. None of these rooms are included in the photos, square footage or description. Raspberry Sunrise is a pet free home. No pets are allowed on the property. Due to family and friends with severe allergies we are unable to accommodate your furry family members. Cleaning fee and check out instructions. Our cleaning fee is to cover the cost to wash linens, clean floors and sanitize the home for our next guests. The fee does not cover excess trash or dirty dishes. We understand that nobody likes a long list of chores that need to be completed before checkout. We've done everything we can to keep our list as short as possible. We do ask that you take care of the home and before you leave put all dirty dishes into the dishwashers and start the cycle. Put all trash into containers and take to the community dumpsters on your way out of the neighborhood and at any time the bins in the house become full. It is really important that trash is not stored outside of the home (even in bags) we reside in a rural area with lots of wild critters that are attracted to unattended garbage left outside. You will receive the link to this guide when you book or upon request. We do not allow parties or events at Raspberry Sunrise, please respect the home and our neighbors. Quiet time begins at 10pm and ends at 7am. During this time, please keep noise to an undisruptive level.
