I highly recommend this place if you are looking for privacy and safety. The area is so beautiful and the home was immaculate. Truly loved the view from the deck and back windows. Would definitely consider visiting again. Thank you all for everything.

We loved our stay in Del Rio! The home is very spacious. I could’ve spent an entire day on the patio watching the lake. It’s perfect for unplugging for a weekend. The beds were super comfortable.

Location is beautiful right on the water front of French Broad river , very lovely deck and terrace and the house is well equipped, we had to wait a long time to check in as the house keepers were not done and house was not ready, we agreed on a late check out to make up for it . We enjoyed our stay

Casa del rio was a beautiful getaway on the river. Everything was clean and plush and easy to use. Highly recommend this home away from home for some peaceful mountain time.

We had so much fun at Casa Del Rio! We enjoyed hanging outside on the deck enjoying our coffee and around the fire. The waterfront was such a bonus! The house was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts had great recommendations. We will certainly be back!
