I live local and rented the houseboat as a surprise. This place is so quaint and I felt at home the moment I walked in. An unexpected emergency took us away after only a few hours but I would definitely go back!! The owners were so friendly and helpful! There are a lot of stairs so make sure you plan accordingly!

We loved our stay. Cherie and her husband were extremely kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome and relaxed after a long and stressful work week. Lodging was extremely clean and comfy. You cant beat the location (both the water and proximity to Charlotte). Will definitely be back.
