Wow! What a wonderful stay! The house has the perfect layout! We had a group of 7 to celebrate a birthday/girls trip and everyone felt right at home! Allyson was a great host and we truly appreciate her hospitality and quick response time. The location is a bit tucked away but Allyson provided a YouTube video that shows exactly how to get to the property. It was rainy during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit but did get to experience the hot tub which was an amazing time! Omg the beds and pillows were so comfortable and everyone had a great night’s sleep. Even the bedding was comfy! Allyson left a small surprise for us which was a nice touch to our experience. She also provided recommendations of wineries to visit and nearby restaurants in the area. The parking allows around 6 cars/SUVs at the most. I will definitely tell others about this property and plan to revisit in the future myself! You’ll love it! Enjoy
Great place
Hillside Hideaway is such a cool and comfortable place to stay while visiting the unique area of Dahlonega! The location is private and serene so it lends to great relaxation and time with family and friends. The gorgeous hot tub and outdoor sitting area is top notch!! The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space in the house so that it never feels crowded. It’s a wonderful gathering place for families with children too, since there is a little something to do for all ages! We can’t wait to go back! Allyson and Scott are super responsive and helpful hosts!

Allyson was such a receptive and welcoming host. She answered every question we had within minutes and made us feel like valued guests right from the first request to book! She gave us specific directions and instructions that made the place easy to find and enter, the cabin itself was so enveloping, warm, welcoming and beautiful, and Allyson added a personal touch that made us love her even more! ❤️ I am passing the listing on to all my family and closest friends!
