Our group had such a blast! Since everything is right there there’s no need to drive anywhere so one can truly unwind. The river was clear and cold and alive with life. My young daughter and her friends had a great time chasing frogs and insects all around the property… wonderful experience for city kids. We saw deer, fox and all kinds of birds. We will definitely return next summer!

Great private cottage in wonderful nature setting situated on the upper part of the Delaware River. We enjoyed our stay - Danielle (our host) was super responsive and helpful. Nearby towns are just reviving from their COVID slumbers and if you explore around will find cool things to do - live music and great tavern food (@ Arnold House Tavern) in Livingston Manor, haute cuisine (@ The Raleigh) and a great farmers market in Callicoon, morning coffee @ Campton's in Hancock, .... Enjoyed our weeklong stay.

The beautiful outdoor spaces, especially the private riverfront, really set this house apart from other listings. The inclusion of the boats and various watercraft offer something for adults and kids alike. The house itself is as advertised--this rental would be a great option for families who can spread out into the main and guest house. Communication with Danielle was seamless. Would recommend the home to someone looking for country escape with private river access.
