Beds comfy. Home very clean and neat. Good supply of TP, paper towels, towels, pillows. Home very unique and we enjoyed the artwork. Had ice and water for us when we arrived. Easy peezy checking in and locking up. Had an issue with the TV, Allison responded almost instantly! We got it figured out together. Great location to down town but don’t get on Hopkins Street at rush hour. FYI guest: Read the fine print, I did not. No dishwasher. No pod coffee maker. No hair dryer. No ice maker. No washer/dryer (that we could find). My bad, I didn’t do my homework. DOG Owners: I can’t recommend you bring a dog. The fenced backyard has billions of sticky burrs and dry stiff weeds. They were a real nuisance & Lacey’s furry feet and tummy were a mess every time we took her out. Front yard a little better. Neighbor yards not good either. Without a dog, we’d def come back.

Great location. Our daughter attends the university and it was a nice change to be able to bring our dog. The hiking trail is just down the street which is great! It could use a chair in the bedrooms and mirrors but overall it was homey.

The house is updated and comfortable. We enjoyed the paint colors, art, plants and comfy beds.

Great location, close to everything. Home was lovey with great art! Spacious and extremely clean. Easy to check in and out. Will definitely stay here again when visiting San Marcos.
